Increased Activity = Increased Needs

As you progress with your training program you become more active. The more active you become the more fuel your body needs to function properly. If weight loss is your goal, and you are working on creating a calorie deficit, it becomes even more important to consume the right foods. Having the correct proportions of fats, carbs, and proteins ensures you maintain muscle mass while shedding excess fat, as opposed to just "losing weight".

Green Lean and Clean

Meal Prep Partnership

To help with maintaining balanced eating habits we have partnered with Green Lean and Clean Meal Prep. This local company takes a balanced and common sense approach to meal preparation. You let them know what you do not like and from the remaining options they prepare your food. You can order one meal or 101 meals. They also have a variety of healthy snacks and breakfast items. Serving size options include 4 ounces, 6 ounces, 8 ounces, and 10 ounces. When you order  4oz. meal you get 4 oz. of a green veggie, 4 oz. of a lean protein, and 4 oz. a clean carb, The same is the case with every serving size.
